The Center of Christmas

Rockefeller Center is AMAZING during the holidays! In fact, the whole city is AMAZING this time of year. I know I already blogged about Christmas in New York, but it's surrounding me and I really can't think to write about anything else. Okay, that's not true. The truth is I don't really want to write about anything else. I love that you can buy a Christmas tree on nearly every block. I love the holiday kaliedoscope show that runs every half hour in Grand Central Station. I love Christmas and I'm loving it in New York. Now before I get too gushy, I'll have my Scrooge moment and say that the crowds here suck--especially in Midtown. Tonight, some girlfriends and I made our way to Rockefeller Center and could barely move--there were soooooooo many people. Anyway, it's to be expected I suppose. Oh, and the tree in the center is as big as it looks on TV. It's huge actually :)

I just discovered we share blog names. Perhaps we should have a great big Internet showdown for the naming rights. :) It looks like you are a New Yorker fan too. Funny enough, there are more people who receive the New Yorker in CA than in New York state. I'll stop in periodically but I just thought this was funny. Cheers!
