Change

Life seems to evolve at an alarming rate, at least that's how I've been feeling lately. I can't tell you how many twenty-something women I know, and identify with, who are totally freaked out about life's possibilities/uncertainties. And yes, I wear that hat sometimes too, but for the first time in a long time I feel really good about what's ahead, at least when it comes to my own here and now. (when I begin to think about the world's problems I get anxiety)

So why the new blog you ask? As a writer it is important for me to open up and explore my thoughts, but in the past I've been somewhat guarded. Well, that's changing now and I feel freerer already.

And another thing! I'm pretty damn proud of the banner I made for this blog. I'm teaching myself HTML and can't believe I actually figured out how to get the web banner into Blogger's HTML code. Yay!
